"الزراعة" و"الفاو" ينظمان ورشة عمل حول دعم شبكة المعلومات البستانية

أعلنت وزارة الزراعة واستصلاح الأراضي عقد ورشة عمل بالتعاون مع منظمة الأمم المتحدة للأغذية والزراعة (الفاو) يوم الثلاثاء المقبل، حول مشروع "دعم شبكة المعلومات البستانية لصغار المزارعيين بمصر".

وقال رئيس الفريق الاستشاري للمشروع محمد المصري: إن هذا المشروع يهدف إلى تعزيز قدرة وزارة الزراعة على إنشاء نظام فعال لشبكة معلوماتية لتحسين تدفق المعلومات البستانية لصغار المزارعين بهدف زيادة الإنتاجية وتحسين الجودة وتقديم خدمات التسويق بهدف تحقيق التنمية الريفية والتنمية المستدامة.

وأشار المصري إلى أنه تم تنفيذ هذا البرنامج كمرحلة أولى في محافظتي الفيوم وبني سويف.

يذكر أن هذا المشروع ممول من الفاو بالتعاون مع مركز البحوث الزراعية ومشاركة العديد من الخبراء والمختصين من الجهات الدولية المانحة، واتحاد منظمي ومصدري الحاصلات البستانية والمعمل المركزي للنظم الزراعية الخبيرة والجامعة الأمريكية بالقاهرة وغيرها.

The objective of the project “Horticulture Information Support Network for Small Farmers in Egypt” is to strengthen the capacity of the Ministry of Agriculture to establish an effective and efficient horticulture sector information support network/system.

This will support small-scale producers and market services providers in poverty reduction, sustainable agricultural and rural development by providing information and knowledge to produce the crop until the marketing stage.

Our Services

• Agricultural transactions and diseases: this module aims to supply farmers with the new technologies in agricultural practices for producing horticultural crops. In addition to information about the diseases and how farmers can prevent-and treat them.
• Documents: this module provides farmers and agricultural interested people by horticultural documents that have been published, such as extension documents and research papers.
• Experts: this module contains information about the agricultural experts specialized in horticultural production and diseases.
• NGOs: this module includes a list of NGOs participated in the horticultural, the services they provide and how to contact them.
• Events: this module contains past and future events including training courses and seminars.
• Marketing: Marketing module aims to provide marketing information for small farmers.

Grower Problems: This module enable farmers to record the problem facing them and receive answer to this problem by a specialist. It also provides horticultural farmers with a set of problems faced farmers accompanied by its solution. They can search the set of problems to find solution for similar problem.
